Copying Last Years Assignments

You can copy all of your last years assignments to the current year. You just have to then go in and change the dates.

1. Open Grade Book
2. In the pull down menu, in the upper left part of your screen, where it says Semester 1, pull down the menu and Select = Semester 1, 2010-2011
3. Select a class you want to copy assignments from
4. Click on Assignments
5. Right Mouse click on Assignment window
6. Select Copy Assignments
7. Select Assignments you want to copy (box on top selects them all)
8. Click next
9. From the pull down menu where it says Semester 1, go up and Select 2011-2012 Semester 1
